Stop Instagram automation
Sign in to Reply Desk and select Disconnect on your Instagram connection. This disables processing and pauses your saved rules. Your access-token secret is scheduled for deletion after a seven-day recovery period. You can also revoke the app's access from Instagram's Apps and Websites settings.
Request deletion
Send an email from your registered address to arunjaiswal139@gmail.com with the subject “Reply Desk data deletion”. Include your Instagram username and ask to delete your Reply Desk account data. Do not send passwords, app secrets or access tokens.
After verifying ownership, the operator will remove your connection metadata, rules and delivery records and arrange deletion of your website sign-in account. We will confirm completion or explain any retention that applies. Temporary backups may expire later under the hosting providers' retention settings.
What stays on Instagram
Deleting Reply Desk data does not delete your Instagram account, posts, comments or messages already delivered through Instagram.
